"I must mention that Spafford delivered an amazing performance! However, the overall experience was disappointing. It was my 9 yr old's first concert, which was a surprise for her. We arrived early and had dinner beforehand. The gates were set to open at 530p, but I decided not to wait in line, so we only approached the arena entrance at the time of opening. To our dismay, the doors were still closed, so we joined the line assuming they would open soon. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting for a long time without any updates or announcements from the venue. The show was scheduled for 7p, but the doors didn't open until 720p. As someone with tour experience, I suspected there was a technical issue causing the delay, yet there was no official communication about it. It was challenging to keep a 9 yr old entertained while waiting in line for two hours with no explanation. This lack of transparency did not reflect well on the artist or their management. I believe the right approach would have been to let the audience in and continue working on the technical difficulties in full view. Spafford's brief comment about the delay being due to a "big stage" felt dismissive. Despite the impressive performance, the negative experience left a bitter impression."
